Nate founded Vysta with a single mission: to build a performance marketing agency that actually delivers. With deep expertise across Google Ads, YouTube, and paid media strategy, he has scaled the company from the ground up into a trusted partner for brands ranging from ambitious startups to established ecommerce players. Nate leads company vision, strategic partnerships, and high-level client relationships. He is also the driving force behind Vysta's evolution into strategic advisory, including the development of incrementality testing frameworks for brands operating at scale.

Steve

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Steve brings a structured, systems-first approach to everything Vysta does. As COO, he oversees day-to-day operations, client delivery, and the pod architecture that ensures every account receives dedicated, senior-level attention. Steve is responsible for operational excellence across the business, from service level agreements and client communications to team development and performance standards. He works closely with every department to ensure Vysta runs like a well-oiled machine.

Kian

Head of Performance & Co-Founder

Kian is the technical heartbeat of Vysta's media buying operation. As Co-Founder and Head of Performance, he sets the standard for campaign strategy, optimization, and training across every account. Kian oversees all media buyers and pod leaders, ensuring that Vysta's performance methodology is consistently applied and continuously improving. He leads the training curriculum that keeps the team sharp and drives the strategic direction of client campaigns from audit through to scaling.

Patricia

Chief of Staff

Patricia is the operational right hand to the CEO and COO, ensuring that every initiative, project, and cross-functional effort stays on track and aligned with Vysta's growth priorities. She oversees revenue operations, talent acquisition, finance coordination, and the systems that keep the company running efficiently. Patricia is the central point of accountability across departments and the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks. She also manages all client billing and invoice inquiries directly.

Indre

Head of Finance

Indre leads Vysta's financial operations, from invoicing and accounts receivable to financial modeling and reporting. She ensures the financial engine of the business is accurate, timely, and transparent. Indre works closely with the leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and commercial strategy, including validating the financial viability of new service tiers and growth initiatives. Her work ensures Vysta scales sustainably while maintaining the financial discipline that clients and partners expect.

Shania

Client Operations Manager

Shania is the bridge between sales and delivery. As Client Operations Manager, she owns the client onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring that every new account is set up correctly, contracts are signed, and the right teams are briefed before campaigns go live. Shania manages operational data collection and works alongside the COO to maintain the quality standards that clients rely on. She is the gatekeeper who ensures no client launches without the proper foundation in place.

Usman

Head of Landing Pages

Usman leads Vysta's landing page strategy and execution, a critical but often overlooked lever in performance marketing. He ensures that every campaign has a conversion-optimized destination, bridging the gap between ad creative and customer action. Usman manages landing page builds, A/B testing, and UX optimization across client accounts, working closely with media buyers to ensure that traffic is not just driven but converted.

Rajni

Talent Acquisition Manager

Rajni manages Vysta's hiring pipeline, from sourcing and screening to coordinating multi-round interviews across the leadership team. She owns the Greenhouse ATS architecture and ensures Vysta is consistently bringing in top-tier talent that meets the company's high performance standards. Rajni works closely with the Chief of Staff on hiring strategy and pipeline logistics, ensuring the team scales at the pace needed to support client growth.
